Welcome to RaceKeys (racekeys.app). These terms govern your use of the platform. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
RaceKeys is a free, browser-based typing, clicking and reflex racing platform. You can race solo against bots, with friends in private rooms, or against the world.
The service is currently in early access; features may change and temporary interruptions may occur.
2. Account
An account is not required to play. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person should use a single account. You may not use someone else's account without permission.
3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The spirit of RaceKeys is fair competition. The following are prohibited: using automation/bots/auto-clickers, forging scores or gameplay data, using cheat tools, or attempting to manipulate the system.
Insults, harassment, hate speech, spam or illegal content in nicknames and chat are prohibited.
We verify scores on the server side. Physically impossible or inconsistent scores may be hidden from leaderboards or removed; on violations, your account may be warned, suspended or terminated.
4. Intellectual Property
The RaceKeys brand, logo, design, software and content belong to MediaRubic and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without prior permission.
5. User Content
You are responsible for content you enter, such as nicknames and chat messages. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or non-compliant content and take necessary measures.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to update, suspend or discontinue the service and these terms. We may restrict your access in case of use that violates these terms.
8. Governing Law
